Workers struggle to hang the painting "Signing of the Treaty of Greene Ville" in the rotunda of the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus Ohio, on Wednesday, June 26, 1996. The painting, by artist Howard C. Chandler was completed in 1945 and symbolizes the 1795 treaty between the Miami tribal leader Little Turtle, and General Anthony Wayne.
