Statehouse Renovation

Cara Vanasdale, a staff member at the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board, walks along
the cupola atop the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus Ohio, on Tuesday, July 2, 1996. The cupola,
which at one time was the highest point in Columbus, was used in the 1800's as an observation
deck for visitors.
